Mark Williams is a Managing Director with 29 years of experience in international and commercial banking as well as real estate construction and development.

Mr. Williams specializes in the photonics market sector and small cap companies. He has participated in most of DAK's photonic M&A transactions. Mr. Williams is actively involved in bringing businesses to market and identifying prospective strategic purchasers.

Prior to DAK, he was responsible for the management and disposition of a $2.5 billion portfolio of performing and non-performing assets and managed Columbia Savings Bank for Resolution Trust Corporation.

Mr. Williams is a licensed real estate broker and heads DAK Realty. He received a BA from Franklin and Marshall College.
