Michael Richmond is a Managing Director with over twenty years of banking experience with middle market companies. Mr. Richmond’s focus at DAK is in re-financings, recapitalizations, distressed M&A and growth/acquisition financings.

Prior to joining DAK, Mr. Richmond was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in the Business Capital division - the bank’s asset based lending group. Previously, Mr. Richmond was a Senior Vice President/Marketing Manager at LaSalle Business Credit. Prior to that, he was associated with Fleet Bank and NatWest Bank, where he was a department head. Mr. Richmond spent the early part of his career at Bankers Trust Company and U.S. Trust.

Mr. Richmond has an MBA from New York University and a BA from Brooklyn College.
