David Garibaldi is a Vice President at DAK, focusing on capital financings, M&A transactions, valuations and fairness opinions. Prior to joining DAK, Mr. Garibaldi was an Equity Research Analyst at Train, Babcock Advisors where he conducted market and business research and presented recommendations to the firm’s investment committee. He also has prior experience as an Equity Sales and Trading associate.

Mr. Garibaldi holds the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He received his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business with a focus in Finance & Investments. He received his BA in economics from Hunter College and is a member of the NYSSA. Mr. Garibaldi holds a Series 7 license.
