Rochelle Park, NJ – DAK is pleased to announce that Joan McGeough, Chief Marketing Officer of DAK, was selected by the Leading Women Entrepreneurs organization (LWE) as a winner in the 2017 Brand Builder Category.
LWE recognized 75 outstanding women leaders from hundreds of nominations, in three main categories: entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and brand builders plus, one socialpreneur.
Linda Wellbrock, CEO of LWE revealed the winners at the “Making It To The Top” Business Conference, held at Fiddlers Elbow Country Club.
“I am honored to be part of this group of talented women. I thank Linda Wellbrock and her organization for her drive and passion to recognize the critical work that women do, and keep it in the forefront of the business community,” said McGeough.
Ms. McGeough joined The DAK group in 2014 as the Chief Marketing Officer after a decade as a business entrepreneur herself, where she worked with middle market and global corporations, as well as professional services firms to capture market share through brand building and strategic marketing. In prior years she headed marketing organizations for three mid-market, privately held business.
