Richard Zytkowicz is a Managing Director and has extensive experience advising companies in the middle market including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. At DAK, Mr. Zytkowicz heads the capital markets team, focusing on private placements of debt and equity. During the course of his career, Mr. Zytkowicz has managed capital market transactions in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, transportation, gaming, manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, aerospace, hospitality and financial services.

Prior to joining DAK, Mr. Zytkowicz was a Managing Director with Loofbourrow, Inc., a middle market investment bank based on Wall Street. Previously, Mr. Zytkowicz was an officer at Houlihan Lokey, Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and Arthur Andersen's Economic Financial Consulting Practice.

Mr. Zytkowicz is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency Accountant and a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) holding Series 7 and 63 licenses. He received a BS in accounting from Wilkes College.
