DAK Announces Sale of Interworld Highway, LLC/ TEquipment to TestEquity

Rochelle Park, NJ – DAK, a leading investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions worldwide, announces that its client Interworld Highway, LLC has been sold to TestEquity, a company of Lawson Products, Inc. (NASDAQ:LAWS). DAK served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Interworld Highway, LLC initiating and managing the entire transaction process.

Interworld Highway, LLC (Interworld), includes category leader TEquipment offering electrical testing equipment and products with over 20 years of test and measurement expertise, product selections and solutions. Along with TEquipment, Interworld’s businesses also include Touchboards, a provider of interactive touch technology solutions, brands, and services

The business is expected to generate annual sales of more than $110 million.
