DAK has built and refined our acquisition process over the course of 40 years, enabling us to position your company and identify opportunities that will enhance your company’s value, and execute your growth plan.

Step 1:
Find the Right Acquisition Target

Our in-depth research and strategic planning process combined with our extensive domestic and cross-border contacts will generate the best acquisition targets based on your pre-established criteria.

Step 2:
Due Diligence

Once a list of potential target companies has been assembled and narrowed down, the most crucial aspects of the diligence process can begin. We meet the ownership teams, and model how the combined business economics will look and how the key people and cultures will mesh.

Step 3:
Negotiations and Deal Structuring

DAK excels at negotiations and has a rare ability to translate our client’s strategic interest into realized value.
