DAK Announces Major Investment In Diversified from Tailwind Capital

Rochelle Park, NJ – DAK, a leading investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions worldwide, announces that New York-based private equity firm Tailwind Capital has made an investment in Diversified, a long-term client of DAK.

DAK served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Diversified, working initially on locating suitable partners, managing the competitive process and completing the transaction.

This transaction capitalized on Diversified’s outstanding reputation for addressing the complete spectrum of design, sourcing, installation and services of the most advanced audio, data, visual communication networks and computer network systems in the world. Diversified clients span a broad range, from Fortune 500 corporate customers, educational institutions, broadcast facilities and large scale performance venues.
